Hope you all had a week of great eats! I got to enjoy some Orsi's pizza at a reception this weekend and, for dessert, a scoop of Ted & Wally's ice cream (mint chocolate with pretzels). Last week, my family did more Nebraska Passport road tripping, and the highlight was the stop at Adeline's Bakery near Burr. Super charming place in the middle of nowhere! I highly recommend seeking it out if you're anywhere near there (get the maple bacon cupcake). We also had lunch at Kala's Savory Bites & Sifted Sweets in Beatrice. You get a free caramel sample with the passport stamp. ~ Kim |
