YIKES: πŸ‘€ Too many of you are leaving your background images blank on LinkedIn and it's causing you to lose job opportunities, new clients, good media attention, and likely juicy invites to connect...

I care about this because my
🎀 LIFE 🎀 is dedicated to amplifying marginalized voices in the professional space - and this is one simple, critical, and super-overlooked tool.

If you're not stating the facts of your accomplishments in a banner - you're falling behind the bros who are using theirs to the max.

What to do:
πŸš€ Create a background image (use a Canva template) with your fave:
  1. energy,
  2. title, and
  3. proof points (like logos)
🎨 Make it as though your new contacts, recruiters, funders, collaborators, clients, or the press were only seeing that one image. And: skip the β€œ2006 Typist of The Year Award” if you don't want typing jobs in the future.

In this AI era, human-ness builds trust. That's why I use my background banner to show me in action, engaging with my tech clients. I also build trust by showing tech client + media logos.

Even if you already have your dream job: Your LinkedIn background is a free billboard to help you magnetize opportunities, invites, cool collabs.✨

Take 10m + do it! (Message me after! I want to witness!)
