This panel session will provide clinicians an overview of recent Supreme Court decisions from 2023-2024 term and their impacts on public health. Panelists will outline the details of the case and the decisions made by the Supreme Court. They will also describe the short-term and long-term impacts on public health as well as clinical practice for physicians. The panelists will also discuss next steps for the federal government as well as those affected by these cases in responding to these decisions. |
