Our plastic-free colleague over in the UK, Lorraine Allman, is pitching her business Party Without Plastic in the UK start-up competition The Pitch. She just won the People's Choice award last month at the Bristol regional finals last month and is going the grand finals in London on October 24th, and hopes to be voted the overall People's Choice Award winner.
