It's Monday morning - let's do this! Whatever went down last week or this past weekend… doesn't matter. You've got fresh new start full of possibilities and another shot at building whatever it is you're working to create and whoever it is you're working to become. Lean into the adventure, see everything - and everyone - as opportunities for growth, stay focused, stay positive, be kind and do your thing.
I'm so grateful to be connected and I hope what follows inspires you on your path and encourages you to see the boundless potential ahead with clarity of mind and an openness of heart.
Growing *in community* is WILDLY important to me. For whatever the ailment, I really do believe the cure is in community. We all are having our own experience but none of us are ever alone. Always follow the impulse to reach out - to me or to anyone
xx I am so happy you're here :)
for those who like to go in
I originally found this one tucked away at a used bookstore in Sydney and thought that solo for 3 weeks in Bali was the perfect moment to circle back. As someone who is incredibly introspective, I've learned that it's good, healthy and down right important for me to regularly get out of my own head and into someone else's. This collection of (no longer “contemporary”) essays is just what the doctor ordered as it presents me with 25 uniquely hot, poetic - and still fascinatingly relevant - takes on topics that I myself often wrestle with; like understanding identity, resisting materialistic group-think and finding meaning in the modern world. It's colored, textured, varied and inspiring. I long to dissect it with someone; humor me, read it and text me.
When I first started traveling on my own, I'd arrive in each new city and immediately think to myself with wide eyes and a hopeful heart, “I could live here.” For a while, I remember texting my best friend; after Thailand, after Bali, after Sri Lanka, after Hawaii, Costa Rica and Mexico City… I could live here, I'd say. To which we'd both knowingly laugh and smile. To this day, I often fantasize about moving someplace like Portugal or Kauai. Though I know there is still so much to unpack there (don't worry, I'll save that for therapy), I can't ignore the ways in which these places make me feel, which is alive, inspired and full of hope. But for now, in Austin, I get a similar feeling. I've built a home, community and lifestyle that to some decent degree must serve to similarly turn me on. This article is about that place or places that make you feel some sorta way. Maybe you can't move there literally just yet but chances are you can bring in some elements of whatever makes it special to you; and that will make all the difference.
There is so much wisdom in this episode, I honestly don't even know how to justifiably tee it up. It goes pretty deep, pretty fast without being too far out for the average listener. It speaks to many aspects of personal growth, development and the touchstones on the spiritual path. Whether you're just starting out or further down the road, I trust that it will illuminate and inspire your next steps. And if you're new, NGL I'm sort of jealous. I wish I could have tapped into conversations like this a long time ago. Bon appetit!
This recipe - or any variation of this recipe, honestly - is simple, delicious and functionally mobile! I recently brought a batch over to a friend whose recovering from ACL surgery and it couldn't have been easier… for either of us. Best part? The combinations are endless. You can literally make these with whatever you have at home. So, go to the kitchen and get creative or don't. They'll taste great either way, which is my kinda recipe.
I am officially in my self-care era. I honestly never did any of this sh*t until recently but I f*cking love it! Growing up, my mom never wore make up (still doesn't and is naturally just like, totally radiant) so I didn't really see any of that stuff as a kid. I barely wear make up now, which I love but it actually feels really nice and special to do things like face masks, hair oil and gua sha. My hair also is pretty fine, so anything I can easily incorporate to help it grow and stay healthy is something I'm going to try. Plus it feels nice. If you liked head scratches as a kid, you'll absolutely love this. Which reminds me, our self-care rituals should be things that feel good; things that we enjoy doing and look forward to. Taking care of yourself as an act of self-love and self-preservation; not as another thing to check off on the to-do list.

“Molly has developed a truly original program. Her approach is holistic; working with the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social aspects of her clients. Because of this, the results are effective and long lasting.
I met my nutrition and exercise goals in a balanced way with Molly’s guidance, but beyond that my overall lifestyle improved. She listened attentively to the details of my situation and customized her knowledge to meet my uniquely individual goals and needs. I love that I still have access to the materials after completing the course, because I’ve found that the program keeps on benefiting my life!
Most importantly, my mindset shifted from one of self judgment to one of self care and empowerment. If you are looking for positive life changes, (especially with your body, your mind, and nutrition)
I highly recommend working with Molly!”

“I don’t think there are enough words to describe my gratitude for Molly! I’d been following her for years and was always so inspired by the work she was putting in to herself and sharing with her peers. I was so drawn to her, but like in many instances of growth, I was hesitant to put my own work in.
I think she sensed my hesitation but also my deep desire and need to make some changes within myself. She was kind enough to offer her program to me last fall, and I have to say, it truly was life changing. While we all fall back into old patterns here and there, she reminded me to keep pushing, keep trying and to never give up.
I still hear her advice and kindness in my own head and self-talk ever since the program ended. Molly is an incredible source of love, knowledge, wisdom and hope. She’s encouraging and thoughtful, and has the ability to be your biggest cheerleader even when life has thrown tough challenges her way.
If you’re looking to do the work, open your mind to a healthy approach and perspective, I highly recommend working with Molly.”

“Molly's food relationship weight loss program was truly transformative to me. It is a completely unique approach that supports and guides you in redefining and deepening your understanding of your relationship with food, your mind and body leading to sustainable and lasting changes.
I felt incredibly seen and understood through Molly’s caring, compassionate and understanding approach both in the group and 1:1 sessions. She truly grasps the challenges and pressure we face as women regarding food, weight, and body image.
Through this program, I developed an emotional understanding of my relationship with food, rather than just adhering to a strict diet. This approach was not only incredibly effective but also profoundly impacted my mental health and my food and weight goals.
Lastly, participating in this program within a group setting was immensely important for me and impactful, as it fostered a strong sense of community, enriched by an additional layer of empathy.”
However you found yourself here, I am so incredibly grateful. May we all remain hungry, curious and humbl on our individual journeys. May we lead with love and by example, today, tomorrow and always.
