2025 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey
 
The Central Florida Collaborative has launched the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Community Survey. The survey is available in five languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Haitian Creole and Portuguese. We invite you to participate in the process by helping to identify our community’s current strengths, resources, needs and service gaps!

Application Enrollment opens on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, for the
10th Annual Victory Cup Initiative Breakfast and Presentation.
 
10 Central Florida nonprofit organizations will be selected to tell their story to 500+ community leaders.
 
Applications must be submitted by Friday, September 27, 2024.
 
To apply you must be a registered 5013c, headquartered in Orange, Osceola, Brevard or Seminole County and have a LIVE profile with Central Florida Foundation.

Dr. Phillips Microgrant Applications are Open
 
The Dr. P. Phillips 150th Microgrant Program celebrates the 150th Birthday of Dr. Phillips Charities’ founder Dr. P. Phillips (“Doc”) and his Legacy in Central Florida. Doc’s philanthropy improved the lives of Central Floridians and helped create a good place to raise a family.  Dr. P. Phillips' Legacy and the purpose of the Dr. P. Phillips Legacy Microgrant Program is designed to provide intentionally smaller grants of $5,000 to help support nonprofit groups' efforts to improve the lives of individuals, children, and families within Orange and Osceola Counties in the sectors of arts & culture, children & youth, education, healthcare and social services.
 
Dr. Philips Charities will award microgrants of $5,000 in general operating funds to small nonprofit organizations based in Orange and Osceola County that submit a Microgrant Proposal.

New Maternal Health Grant Applications are Open
 
The Foundation seeks to fund programs that support innovative and actionable solutions to improve maternal health outcomes, bridge health disparities, and secure equitable access to quality maternal health care services across the state of Florida.
