015. happenings
SEPTEMBER 9, 2024
Hi friends,

I'm writing this email with my heart so full. This past new moon cycle I sat with 40 kindred spirits within a 2,000 person collective field with Joe Dispenza for a week-long meditation. It reminded me why we started Namuna— there were so many individuals who came to this event as their first “spiritual” experience, and left desiring more community and resources to continue carving their own paths to connect to the sacred.

And just last week, we were at Burning Man. Wow. Each year we return to this magical co-created city – we leave inspired by the kindness and creativity of the collective. For us, every year is a beautiful remembrance of who we are as our most freest, creative, and loving selves.

We're about to enter a ten-day silent retreat in the Pyrenees mountains with our tea teacher Wu De and our dear tea community. We're excited to drop into what the sutras of these mountains want to share with us, and will be sharing love to you in our meditations.

Gatherings, retreats, and workshops are fundamental for us to come back into remembering our deepest essence and inner truths. Each month, this newsletter curates gatherings around the world from members of our community and sources we trust — I hope you browse them and find depth, meaning, and community from joining any that resonate with you.

With love,
Elyse and Zach
