What does it mean to “create a container” for yourself? While often associated with external structures or objects, “creating a container” can also mean building healthy and nurturing habits that support you, especially during difficult transitions. ✨
 
The shift from Summer to Autumn is one such transition. As lazy summer days fade to cooler, more variable weather patterns, and more variability in day-to-day life, the energetics of your environment will change. 
 
This week, we look at what it means to “Create your Container” in Fall and invite you to reimagine your “container” with new habits and routines that allow energy to flow in a supportive way.
