AGREEMENT
By purchasing the Four Figure Weekend and/or Master the Art of Updos Tutorials(“the Program”), purchasing any video tutorials, signing this Agreement, submitting partial or full payment, or accessing the Program content, you agree to the following terms:

 

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using any proprietary materials, including any written, audio, or visual presentations or documents associated with the Program. If you do not understand or do not accept this Agreement, please do not access any of the Program materials and contact us immediately at Hairbymorganrose@gmail.com.

 

This Agreement is entered into and effective as of the date of purchase or signature by and between you, (“Client”), and Hair by Morgan Rose (“Company”).

 

1. Scope of Services
(a) Program membership includes access to the following services:available for separate purchase.

(b) Services are entirely online. There are no group coaching sessions or in-person learning components included in this Program.

 

(c) The video tutorials are priced at $57 each, and the Four Figure Weekend course is priced at $597.

 

2. Client Duties
(a) Compensation: Client agrees to pay the full fee of $597 for the Program. Video tutorials are available at $57 each.

 

(b) Payment Security and Chargebacks: By providing payment information, Client authorizes the Company to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon fees. Client agrees not to dispute any charges made in accordance with this Agreement. Should any dispute arise, Client agrees to immediately withdraw such dispute.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds
(a) Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Program and its content, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Client’s failure to effectively participate in the Program does not entitle Client to a refund.

 

(b) No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee any specific results from participation in the Program. Testimonials are not a guarantee of results but reflect individual experiences. Client acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee any outcomes from the Services or Program, as such outcomes are dependent on subjective factors outside of the Company’s control.

 

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
(a) Confidentiality: All information shared within the Program is confidential and proprietary. Client agrees not to disclose, share, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any proprietary materials or information provided by the Company without explicit written permission.

 

(b) Intellectual Property: The Program materials and content are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright law. Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Sharing access or reproducing the materials in any form is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Limitation of Liability
(a) The Company’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Program.

 

(b) The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in the Program.

 

6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
