Final True Pricing Grant Awarded to RDNA for Organic Meat in Egypt NFP’s true pricing seed fund, aimed at addressing social and environmental costs in food value chains in LMICs, has awarded its final grant to RDNA, Egypt’s premium health food store. This follows earlier grants to ILRI Ethiopia and Fairfood. RDNA will focus on calculating the true price of organic meat to highlight hidden social and environmental costs. The initiative will include a communication campaign to raise consumer awareness and influence more informed consumption choices. The Global Partnership True Price of Food, a collaboration between NFP and The True Price Foundation, aims to empower actors in the food system to adopt true pricing at scale. Stay tuned for updates on this and the other two projects running until year-end. |
