“What am I going to wear?” 😱
It doesn’t matter if it’s a coffee catch-up date with a friend at Java House or a speaking gig in front of 900 pork farmers and pork industry professionals.
The stress of “what am I going to wear?” still weighs on your brain.
Psychologists call it “cognitive load." Reducing that stress, by feeling confident in what you wear, will change your energy level and performance when you hit the big stage.
Kiley Schmitz is a coach for high-performers and the founder of
Odyssey Resilience. She looked at her calendar in early 2024 and realized she had some big dates ahead of her, so she called me for help.
She’d worked from home in sweatpants and leggings for the last three years and built a tremendously successful coaching business. And now, it was time to hit the road with speaking engagements and the opening of her new, freestanding office in Carmel, IN.
Kiley’s clients include Google, the U.S. Air Force, Siemens, Eli Lilly, and lots of other industry and university leaders.
Showing up with her look on point is not just a “nice to have”; it is critical to building credibility and trust when she walks into a room and up onto a stage.
Over three months this spring, we analyzed Kiley’s color and style, established a vision for her personal image, detoxed her closet(s) 🤣, and began to fill her wardrobe with pieces that complimented her body shape, accentuated her bright personality, fit her budget, and emphasized her professional gravitas.
Because Kiley is not messing around.💪🏽
And now, after her keynote “Staying Resilient in the Face of Adversity”,
she has 900 new raving fans who happen to be in the pork industry. 🐷
And now we have a new project! Kiley is marrying her business and life partner Chris in the summer of 2025, and we’re creating the style for their dream wedding in Montana, including the bridesmaids, groomsmen, mothers, and the bride and groom. 👰🏼♀️🤵🏻
Always cheering YOU on-
