I was mulling over what to make today's newsletter about (it's hard to keep coming up with new ideas), what about chickpeas, no done it, what about Tex Mex, no done it.

 

Then Graham walked past me with some toast and the gorgeous smell wafted over to me and I thought that's it. Things to spread on toast.

 

Toast made with white bread, wholemeal bread, sourdough bread, bloomers bread, sliced baguette, morning rolls or even hot dog sub rolls.

 

Basically any bread stuff you can spread something on.
