Embracing Vata
Hi First name / there
 
Vata season has arrived! 🍂  In Ayurvedic communities, vata - the energetic forces of air and ether - often gets a bad rap. Known as the dosha that causes the vast majority of all imbalances and diseases, we can forget how truly beneficial vata can be to our overall wellbeing.
 
Vata, in its splendor, is creative, excited and open to possibilities. Its lightness, airiness and openness inherently help to balance many of its challenges.
 
When things become stagnant, dark or murky, vata reminds us to let go of that which is weighing us down, free the mind, stop resisting what is holding us back, and to open up to the possibility of something new, different and exuberant.
 
Vata allows us to shake things up, to uncover our own internal curiosity and to move forward with clarity and open-hearted wisdom.
 
Vata delivers prana - our internal life force. It allows us to breathe, to circulate energy throughout our body and to connect with something greater than ourselves, more powerful than our anxieties and stronger than our fears and desires.
