What habits do you have that help you? 
What habits do you have that hinder you?
 
Reflection questions:
  1. Describe how you typically function during a busy semester.
  2. What areas of your life would you like to improve and why?
  3. What self-sabotaging behaviors do you turn to when things get stressful?
 
Spend a few days noticing what you tend to do on a regular basis. What habits do you have that happen like clockwork? What routines and behaviors do you rely on each day? 
 
Try to notice your choices as a curious observer and without judgment. You’re collecting data and getting clear on how you tend to operate. This will help you make mindful choices going forward. Take control of your habits by creating your Habit Inventory, a simple but effective tool for greater self-awareness. ✨
