As autumn weather finally rolls in, we’re reminded that change is in the air—literally. The leaves are changing colors, and I’m searching for cozy flannel shirts and blankets (because Bella steals all mine!).

This shift in seasons mirrors the transitions we all go through in life. We go through life changes just like the trees—whether it's watching children go off to college, facing retirement, or maybe just realizing your knees sound like a creaky door in a horror movie.

And while we can’t stop the inevitable, we *can* prepare for it. The work you do with us at GALS isn’t just about the end of life; it’s about making sure the journey through all seasons is smooth for you and your family.

So, as you enjoy that PSL or apple cider, take a moment to think about your future. The plans you make today means less stress tomorrow—and more time to enjoy the seasons in all their glory! Wishing you a peaceful and pumpkin-filled fall!

Here for all of life's seasons (even the messy ones),
