On September 19, the IRCC issued 4,000 Express Entry candidates in an all-program draw with a 509 CRS cut-off score.

In August IRCC issued a little over 10,000 ITAs to candidates in 5 separate draws. 
 

New category-based priority job Express Entry criteria launched in May 2023 allow Canada to extend ITAs to apply to prospective permanent residents who have specified skills, training, or language ability, including STEM occupations
