SportsFest
This exciting event took place in Broadgate at the start of the month, hosted by the council's sports team. It was a fantastic success, drawing families into the city centre to participate in a range of free activities.
Streets of Cov
What a tremendous success Streets of Cov has been! This vibrant festival, which kicked off in August, will culminate on Saturday, 21st August. Coventry BID has proudly supported Imagineers in promoting the event, helping to attract as many visitors to the city centre as possible. We're already planning to work with Imagineers again to ensure the festival returns next year.
Coventry Cocktail Week
At the end of August, we were thrilled to launch our very first Coventry Cocktail Week. With over 3,000 wristbands sold, the event was a hit, bringing plenty of people into town to enjoy cocktails across two weekends. We’re excited to build on this success for next year!
Back to School
Our Back to School promotion wrapped up at the start of September, just as students returned to school. We saw great online engagement, with over 500 people entering our competition. One lucky winner walked away with £500 in vouchers!
Looking ahead, September brings more excitement with Streets of Cov, Heritage Open Weekends, and the return of university students to the city.
