Hi First name / there friend! One of things we do in our professionals group is: Get to know each other & make new friends by sharing one thing that most people don't know about us? Simply reply to this email with a fun fact about yourself, and I will share something with you in return! :)  The advanced readers are loving Mail-Order Carpenter! My top two favorite comments to read from reviews are - âit made me laughâ and âI couldn't put it downâ so far we're hitting the mark on both. |

Fun fact: Historically speaking (according to the internet!), the animals in this book weren't imported to the US until the 1980's. We (myself, a few authors, and the editing team) had several conversations about this 100 year discrepancy. I made an authors note in the book about it as well. The conclusion was: Even though this is âhistoricalâ (and we want to be accurate) at the end of the day it's still a work of fiction AND Juliette very well âcould haveâ imported them illegally (or purchased from someone who imported illegally) from the UK or elsewhere in the 1890s when the book is set. So⌠there we are! What say you? |

Book Review Images above/below: Five Stars  I couldn't put this down! I read it all in one sitting, late into the night because it was SO good! The characters captured my attention from the very first page. What started as a marriage of desperation for both Juliette and Roman to keep their very different dreams alive, turned into something so much more. This is a wonderful, clean romance. I highly recommend it!! ~ Skborne (BookBub) |

Carpenter, Roman, is handier than he gets credit for. Eldest brother and heir, he's bent on always doing the right thing, but being forced to take on a bride isnât exactly the what he had in mind. Roman has to decide if this marriage is the honorable thing to do or risk losing his familyâs business, property and fortune to his unscrupulous younger brother. When opportunity presents itself, will Roman see that a marriage to Juliette could pave the way for compromise and create a win-win situation? Or will his unbendable ways break him in the end? A wholesome stand-alone novella in the historical mail-order Honorable, Healing, and Hopeful Husbands Series. Tell me: How do you feel about Regency Romance? Now, donât cringe. But, yikes, something I hear all too often at book signings is: "I don't read romance." Gasp! How can that be? đ˛ lol I haven't dipped my toe in just yet, but I'm always game to explore new sub-genres. And if youâre curious (and brave enough to venture into the regency romance territory), how about trying A Proper Facade by Esther Hatch? You never knowâyou might just fall in love. đ  Mercy Rothschild has always been granted an unusually long tether by her parents, who have never pushed her to marry until sheâs ready. She assumes that when the right man comes along, she will marry for love. However, even her long-suffering parents have their limits. As she embarks on her third Season, they begin to pressure her to find a match. And the Duke of Harrington is the perfect candidate. Read More⌠|
