📦 Declutter, declutter, declutter.
🧐 Get inspections & proactively handle big ticket repairs.
👨🏼🔧 Tune up major home systems - HVAC, air ducts, water heater, roof & gutters, etc. (I have a list of licensed, trusted vendors!)
🌳 Freshen up the yard by trimming trees and shrubs and laying new mulch.
🧽 Deep clean carpets or replace them. (I LOVE dogs, but nothing is worse than smelling dogs🐾)
🛠 Clean windows, gutters, and home exterior.
