Hi First name / friend,

 

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready a new week! 

 

Bill and I got home late last night from a crazy, whirlwind weekend with our boys and their friends. We flew into Chicago Friday, collected our 2 guys who live there, drove to South Bend, IN, and met our youngest there (he traveled from Ohio). 

 

Why, you ask??

 

Good question. 🤔

 

Going to a Notre Dame football game is one of Bill's lifelong bucket list items, so when he saw they were playing Miami University (where two of our sons go/went) it was the perfect excuse to make the trip.☘️

 

Despite some snafus and crazy adventures, we had a great time and the game and stadium were incredible, as was the Basilica and The Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes. 

 

Miami (major underdog;) was even up 3-0 (briefly…but they “covered the spread” which I learned is a big deal 🤪)

 

Lots of laughs and fun times with the crew….Definitely a memorable trip!
