Join us for our Fall Success Workshop this Wednesday, October 2 at 3 PM EST. This is your chance to check in with yourself, get a read on how things are going with your daily habits and make necessary adjustments to keep yourself on track this semester.

Are you keeping consistent with your baseline habits you know help you do your best? Are you making things easy on yourself by making smart choices about how you spend your time? Are you prioritizing YOU?

We'll help you take a breath and take a moment to recalibrate your efforts. It takes self-awareness and help from others to show up and be consistent. We're here to hold space for you to grow your skills and confidence in having your best semester yet.

The less you need to think about, the more brain power you have to focus on your studies and get stuff done efficiently
