Hello, First name / my friend!

I've gathered some very important things for you today! Starting off strong with the very first peek at the inspiration board for my January 2025 release ❤️
photo collage of couples in love

Second: the gold-foiled and embossed special edition of In a Jam will be available in my signed paperback shop until the end of this month. Shop closes on Monday, September 30, and will be remain closed until (at least) spring/summer 2025.

Just so you know, I am not scheduled for any signings in 2025. My next event will be Love Letters to Boston on October 16, 2026. I have too! many! books! to write in 2025 to travel or open the paperback shop up much.

In case you missed it: “May Day,” an all-new visit with Noah, Shay, and Gennie for you! Just in case you've missed any of the other visits I've shared, I've wrapped them all together for you. There are also a few breadcrumbs about future books.

And finally! I have a very important question for you below! Please be sure to weight in.

Give It To Me by Angelina M. Lopez. Long-time readers of this mailing will know I am a huge fan of Angelina's work and this collection of spicy shorts is no exception. Her jewel thief story is particularly wild.

Breaking Boundaries/Double Desire by Gemma Blythe. This is a really interesting series. There just isn't much like this in the market right now and I can't wait for more. The premise is two married couples, longtime friends, away on vacation and…their relationships develop into something new. The way that tension grows and the couples make incremental moves toward each other read with so much honesty. These people care about their marriages and their friendships and for a reader like me, who can't always suspend reality and gets tripped up on banal things, I appreciated that.

It's the kind of high heat where the plot unfolds through sexytimes though there's a story with depth and development. If you loved any of the old school Tiffany Reisz and Sylvia Day, you'll  probably love this too.

Triple Sec by TJ Alexander. This is a very writerly kind of comment but I have to say this book is a fascinating study in deep POV. We're truly immersed in Mel's journey and seeing the world through her fishbowl lens. If you loved The Bear, you'll get glimmers of that here. This is a triad and yes, I'd kill for Bebe and Kade's POVs. Gives good heat though not an altogether steamy read.

The Truth According to Ember by Danica Nava. I'm only just starting this one but I know I'm going to love it. Just feed the workplace romances right into my veins.

Typos and broken links happen. It's okay. The earth is very hot and fragile, and so are we.
