Signs of fall are on the horizon. The light is slowly shifting, the days are getting shorter, and the leaves are turning shades of auburn. As this seasonal transformation unfolds around us, I too find myself in the midst of a larger metamorphosis.
I don’t typically see myself as a ‘perfectionist,’ yet I often feel pressure to ensure my quarterly musings are packed with compelling content and storytelling. Perhaps it’s the overwhelming noise of this modern season (summer frenzy, elections, social media, Substacks, podcasts, news cycles, oh my!) or the fact that I’m 5.5 months pregnant (subtle mic drop), but I haven’t really felt the urge to add to the noise. My instinct has been to lean back, listen, and turn inward—a perfect complement to fall’s invitation to slow down and get quieter.
So here I am to simply say hello and ask how your spirit is feeling in this moment? Whether it's tired and overwhelmed or lit up and inspired—my heart salutes yours and sends you an enormity of love.
Until soon,
