We hope this note finds you safe & well. We know it's been a rough month for so many around the country (and the globe). We don't take one moment of our lives for granted. We are truly blessed & grateful to be nestled here in the hills.

 

We joke sometimes about living in ‘la-la land’. With such picturesque surroundings, perfect weather & friendly neighbors - it sometimes seems like life here in OHCC is too good to be true. Yet, here we are & it's as real as it gets. 

 

It's also hard to believe it's fall. Seasonal changes are pretty subtle around these parts, but we did break out our long sleeves a couple of times this month. That's always a true sign to start preparing ‘faux' fall. 

 

As we move through the month of October & prepare to step into the busy holiday season, it's a great time to pause to count our blessings & take stock of what we want to wrap up before the year ends. What in life needs a little ‘sprucing up'? What can we do now to set our compass for the new year? 

 

That's what we'll be doing this month as we get out & enjoy all that the San Diego area has to offer at this time of year. We'll report back in a few weeks on our adventures. (And, if you're nearby and want to join us for any of them, let us know!)

In September 2024, the Ocean Hills Country Club real estate market saw 5 new listings (down from the 8 added in August) and 5 homes sold. Among the sold properties, 1 sold for more than asking price, while 4 were sold below asking price. The median time on the market for sold homes was 18 days, a few days up from August.
