After Hurricane Milton and depending on the impact on our region, the Edyth Bush Institute may send out a survey to all nonprofits to assess needs. Please be on the lookout for that communication post-storm. CFF will also be sure to send the survey out to this email list.

 Nonprofit Search Instructions for Nonprofits
Please watch this video on NPS tips for nonprofits. It will answer many of your questions!
Organization that had a profile on the old Nonprofit Search, here's what you do:
  1. Claim your profile - if you had an existing profile on the old Nonprofit Search, send us an email at nps@cffound.org with your name, organization, your email, your title/position, and EIN #. You will receive a response from our team within 48 hours with your temporary login credentials. (Response time may be delayed due to hurricane.) Once you log in, your profile has been claimed. Claiming your profile will not make it live and viewable. You will need to sign in and update your profile in order to make it live.
  2. Once your profile is claimed, you can get to work updating your profile. There is some data that did not transfer and some that may not be 100% correct; it is critical that you check all of the fields. Tips on updating and creating your NPS Profile.
  3. If you don’t see the new site, you may need to clear your browser cache.
  4. Please upload your last 3 years of financials (990 is required. Audit is optional.)
  5. The sizes for the logo and banner are as follows – 150 x150px for logo and 1000 x 380px for banner in .jpg or .gif.
  6. Programs are entered under a different tab; make sure to visit that tab.
For New Nonprofit Search Users, here is what you do:
  1. Email Susan Ponce, our Community Investment Coordinator, at sponce@cffound.org with the following information: YOUR NAME, YOUR TITLE/POSITION, ORGANIZATION'S NAME, EIN #. Within 48 hours, you will receive instructions on how to begin creating your Nonprofit Search profile. (Response time may be delayed due to hurricane.)

Important for all NPS users:
