If so, you’ve experienced some version - balanced or imbalanced - of the Vayus, the vital energies of yoga and Ayurveda.
In Ayurveda, the Vayus are considered sub-doshas of Vata (the energetic force of air & ether) and they constitute every bodily action, mental construct and emotional experience of our day-to-day lives.
Each with their own personality, direction and force of life, when the Vayus learn to live in harmony, deep healing & wellbeing can happen. This becomes especially true in Vata Season 🍁, when the Vayus become particularly potent.
This week we take a deeper look at the Vayus and their energetics and offer some inspiration on how to find balance. 🫶
