Maybe you've always known about this, but I didn't start using outline view until at least two years into my design journey, and now I use it all the time!

 

Not sure if you're working with filled or single line art? Can't find that pesky stray node that made it into your design? Want to make sure all of your paths are joined? Outline view will make all of this so much easier!
