Hello,
Who needs to Letter Lounge?!

I am having chocolate gobble attacks because of the upcoming election. I am nervous about the outcomes and traumatized from what won't go away.

I am wondering if anyone else is feeling the need to connect via sloth mail and be around other concerned citizens.  I would love to listen and provide a safe place to send your concerns to a public official and/or make voting plans with your friends and family members.

Maybe you need to write to yourself to get some private things off your chest to feel better.  Magic can happen when we put
pencil to paper.

One of my favorite singer/song writers died recently.  Kris Kristofferson believed in truth and love.  He was devoted to his friends and famously stood up for Sinéad O'Connor when she was being booed on stage.
Music is one of the most powerful medicines.  You may know there are proven scientific benefits what music does for our
mental and physical health.

What is your go to music in times of distress?
