On October 22, select multi-day tickets and packages to include Universal Epic Universe will officially go on sale.

 

This will include vacation packages at the spectacular new Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel. Universal Helios Grand Hotel isn't just near Universal Epic Universe; it's the sun that overlooks it… what a way to experience Universal Epic Universe for the first time!! 

Now with four amazing theme parks, spectacular themed hotels and more, Universal Orlando offers an entire week’s worth of awesome in one complete vacation destination. And as always, the longer you stay, the more you’ll save. 
 

 

- Minimum of 2-Night Hotel Accommodations at an on-site Universal Orlando Resort hotel;
 

- Minimum of 3-Day Tickets – using 3-Day Tickets as an example, you’ll receive a 2-Day Park-to-Park Ticket (for use at Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, as well as Volcano Bay if you purchase the 3-Park Ticket) PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket – for 3 total park days;
 

- Savings of up to $200 (savings based on 7-night hotel stay);
 

- Early Park Admission to Universal Epic Universe, Universal Volcano Bay and either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure as determined by Universal Orlando up to one hour before the parks open.
(Valid theme park admission required. Select attractions will be available during Early Park Admission.)

 

A: During this initial phase of Universal Epic Universe-inclusive tickets, Universal is only offering multi-day tickets for 3 days or longer that include one-day admission to Universal Epic Universe.

 

A: While this initial phase of Universal Epic Universe-inclusive tickets launch does not include Florida Resident discounted tickets, Florida Resident ticket options and additional product offerings for Epic Universe will become available at a later date.

 

A: No, when purchasing the current multi-day ticket options that include one-day admission to Universal Epic Universe, you will not need to specify the date that you plan to visit Epic Universe. You’ll only need to indicate the first date that you would like your overall ticket to be valid, and you will be able to visit any of the parks beginning on that date.

 

A: Universal Orlando Resort is planning to manage attendance at Universal Epic Universe to ensure they’re providing the best possible experience for all guests. As part of this process, ticket inventory and capacity will be controlled to allow each guest who purchases an Epic Universe-inclusive ticket to visit the park for one day during the course of the validity window of their ticket.

 

A: During this initial phase of Universal Epic Universe-inclusive tickets, guests are only able to purchase multi-day tickets for 3 days or longer that include one-day admission to Universal Epic Universe. Additional product offerings -- including single day and two-day tickets for Universal Epic Universe -- will be launched at a later date before the park opens.

 

A: During this initial phase, all three DAY or longer tickets purchased for visits on or after the grand opening date of Universal Epic Universe will include one-day access to the new theme park. One day and two-day tickets currently do not include access to Universal Epic Universe but are still available for purchase for guests who wish to enjoy our existing theme parks. Additional Universal Epic Universe-inclusive ticket products – including one-day and two-day tickets, Universal Express and more – will be available in the coming months and will go on sale before the park opens.

 

A: Express Passes for Universal Epic Universe will be launched at a later date before the park opens. Note: While guests staying at Hard Rock Hotel at Universal, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort will receive complimentary Express Passes for Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure, Express Passes will not be offered/valid at Universal Epic Universe.

 

A: VIP Tour experiences that include Universal Epic Universe will be launched at a later date before the park opens. Please let your Travel Advisor know if this is something that you would be interested in!

 

A: Yes, Early Park Admission will expand to include Universal Epic Universe from the park’s Grand Opening date onward. Valid theme park admission is required and select attractions are included.

 

A: Yes, Celestial Park is one of the five imaginative worlds of Universal Epic Universe. Guests will be able to explore Celestial Park as part of their admission to Universal Epic Universe.

 

A: Yes, guests will be able to take advantage of complimentary shuttle bus transportation to venture between Universal Epic Universe and Universal’s existing theme parks and CityWalk.
