Hi First name / there,
As the year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the changes we’ve all gone through—both in our personal lives and in how our bodies feel. For me, I’m getting ready for a holiday trip to Punta Cana with my extended family (which means eight kids, ages 2 to 16, under one roof!) My girls are beyond excited to spend time with their cousins, and while I’m looking forward to the break, I know how this time of year can bring its own set of challenges. I'm mindful of the challenges this season can bring - from family stress to holiday weight gain.
This got me thinking about
midlife weight changes, a topic I've been hearing about frequently. Inspired by a conversation with Barbie Boules, I've written a blog post addressing hormonal shifts, muscle loss, and metabolism changes as we age.
