As C3 IGNITE POCs collect and update devices throughout the year, some changes may require clearing out all current data with a Device Wipe. 

 

When administrators complete the Device Wipe function in Workspace One or on the device itself, the option to "Preserve Data Plan" should appear. THIS STEP MUST BE CHECKED. ✅ Failure to select this option WILL result in the loss of LTE network connectivity.
