A Dash of Delight
Hello, friends!
I hope this newsletter finds you well! I just sat down at my desk, the sun is shining in, we've cranked the A/C down, I'm cozied up in a
sweater (in a size M, and it's perfect btw), and I’m sipping on a fresh iced latte... life is good. But, I have to admit, this week has felt a bit overwhelming—kids, work, projects, HOLIDAYS! My mind has been spinning like a dizzy squirrel. I start one thing, only to get distracted by a baby or a work emergency that needs immediate attention, leaving me with a dozen half-finished projects and a whole lot of mess!
I realized it’s time to get back to my trusty to-do lists. They help keep me grounded and focused, and there’s nothing like the satisfaction of crossing things off. I’ve been loving
this notepad lately—it even
matches my desk! Since having the baby, my habits and routines have flown out the window, which is perfectly okay, but now I’m slowly finding my way back to some semblance of routine. I’m so grateful for these small moments of clarity. I shared more about the routines that have been helping me in last week's post, and you can find it
here. It's always a work in progress, but we’re getting there!
Tomorrow I’m hoping to do some fun festive things with Laurens.
I’ve been eyeing this craft, and we’re headed to the pumpkin patch this weekend, which I can’t wait for!
Anyway, happy almost weekend to you, I hope this newsletter sparks a little inbox joy.

P.S. We will be moving this newsletter over to Substack next week, absolutely nothing for you will change, except it will just become a bit more user and reader friendly! PLUS you'll have the ability to comment, “like", and revisit old newsletters… my hope is that it will just be better for us all around and that this piece of weekly content will have a home!
