Follow these steps to success ➡️
- Drink a nice glass of water when you first wake up and fill up your water bottle so you're set for the day.
- Get creative if plain water is not your favorite thing. Flavor your water with fresh fruit (I love using a few drops of lemon essential oil 🍋, which makes it super easy) or healthy drink mixes (beware of extra sugars).
- Create benchmarks for yourself. Set a goal to drink one water bottle by 12 noon and at least one more by 5 pm.

See how you feel when you drink water vs. when you don't. Gather evidence that will help make your case for keeping yourself hydrated. This is such a no-brainer, easy step that we all need to do to keep ourselves on point!
