Hi First name / friend! Does it feel like our society went crazy all of a sudden? - All of a sudden, we don’t know how to define a woman.
- All of a sudden, our children are claiming to be stuck in the wrong body.
- All of a sudden, there is pornographic material in our school libraries.
- All of a sudden, concerned parents are labeled “domestic terrorists.”
- All of a sudden, protesting means rioting.
- All of a sudden, prayer is “unlawful assembly” and grounds for arrest.
While it may seem sudden, the Marxists who have taken over the major institutions in our country (a.k.a. The strategy of the robes: the legal system, academic institutions, clergy, and scientific institutions) have been playing the long game. And much of what is happening can be traced directly back to the feminist movement and, specifically, the work of Margaret Sanger. Scripture tells us there is nothing new under the sun. Since the fall, Satan has had it in for babies. Scripture details the antics of Pharaoh and Herod as they demanded the murder of innocent children in order to protect their thrones. We see that demonic rituals in the Bible often included the sacrifice of babies on altars to Moloch. Abortion is simply the most recent iteration of the same tactic. The promised Messiah would come as a baby; babies help develop families, which is the cornerstone of civilization and God’s perfect plan for His people; and the womb is intended to be the most protected space on the planet so Satan hates it all. And just in case he can’t kill enough babies in the womb, he has made great strides in sterilizing our society through homosexuality and transgenderism while at the same time causing Christians and unbelievers alike to ask “Did God really say?” It is a tale as old as time. |

Pro-life activist Seth Gruber has detailed this most recent movement in our society in his book and documentary The 1916 Project: the Lyin’, the Witch, and the War We’re In. In it he shows the connection between birth control, eugenics, and abortion and how Adolf Hitler was influenced by the eugenics program here in the United States. In fact, it was his failure with such an aggressive approach to eugenics that caused Sanger and her cohorts to slow things down. I first heard Gruber on the Relatable podcast with Allie Stuckey (y’all know that’s where my deep dives usually begin). At the time, his book was not out yet, but I immediately pre-ordered it along with a White Rose Resistance t-shirt. It arrived at my house the same day I met Gruber at the Culture Impact Conference in our area. My husband and I enjoyed hearing him speak (at 90 mph) about his passion to abolish abortion. Since then, I have read the book from cover to cover, and I’ve heard Gruber interviewed on multiple podcasts. The interview he did with Alex Clark ( Culture Apothecary) shed so much more light on the massive abortion industry, including information he didn’t share in his book, documentary, or on any other podcast I’ve heard. This past weekend, I was finally able to attend a showing of his documentary. They had limited the showings to churches because the impetus behind the White Rose Resistance is that churches need to rise up against the culture of death that has taken over. I was not disappointed by the documentary! There were interviews and details included that I don’t remember reading in the book. And for a limited time, the documentary is airing on X for free. The most important part of The 1916 Project is the call to action. For too long, Christians have sat on the sidelines allowing the secular world to call the shots. But when godly people don’t participate in politics, we can’t be surprised when politics become worldly. Scripture is clear that it is our responsibility to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, so we must speak up, stand up, and act on behalf of babies in the womb who don’t have a voice. I will leave you with some of my favorite quotes from the book. I hope it will whet your appetite to pick it up and read it for yourself. *If you are not a reader, I recommend listening to the Relatable episode, watching the documentary, and then listening to the Culture Apothecary episode. **If you love a good non-fiction read (though it is a bit disturbing), I recommend the book, the documentary, and the Culture Apothecary episode. |
