Welcome to Part 2 of Strengthening Clairsentient Gifts!
 
By now you’ve had a chance to practice extending compassion to others, opening your Heart Chakra and identifying where new, incoming emotions belong.
 
Whenever you feel a new mood or vibe, it has either originated from inside you or it is something that’s come in from your environment. In the case of the latter, you’re “absorbing energy.”
 
Absorbing the energy in your environment can be useful - it can help you align with the ambient energies and “fit in” with your surroundings.
 
This is all fine, except when the ambient energy doesn’t make you feel the best, meaning, it’s a lower vibration than yours.
 
In this situation, you’ll want to practice releasing the energy back to the universe and bringing yourself back into alignment with your own soul’s vibration.
 
An example of absorbing incoming energy:
You wake up, have your coffee or tea, get ready for the day and feel fine. Then, you log online and see something that makes you angry, upset or unsettled. Your emotions indicate you’ve absorbed some of the energy you’ve perceived.
 
So this week, in Part 2 linked below, we’re going to practice separating from negative emotions, moods and vibes that have been brought to you from elsewhere.
 
The goal is to perceive incoming essence or vibe, while not attaching to it. This helps you maintain a more objective standpoint when energy reading.

During the workshop, we’ll be practicing exercises to cleanse your clairsentient energy field at the end of the day, energy shielding your space to prevent absorbing energy when you’d rather not, and energy reading the essence, emotion and vibe of objects and/or people.
