SESSION DATE & TIME
Reference your original booking confirmation for your exact session date, time and set choice, you must log in by clicking the arrow at the top right of the screen to view your bookings.
SESSION COST
Please remember that your remaining balance* is due at the time of your session. CASH ONLY and is $200.
* For VIPs, gift card recipients, and families with multiple sessions, please contact support for your total balance due.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR SETS
Please remember to bring jackets and appropriate outdoor footwear for you and your kiddos as all tree farm sessions will take place outside. If weather should become an issue we will make the call the night before your session (you will be emailed). Rain date for Saturday is 11/16 and rain date for Sunday is 11/17.
LOCATION
Buck Nursery Tree Farm: 3267 E Buck Rd, Pennsburg, PA 18073
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your selected time slot. When you arrive, you can hang in the parking lot area (or in your car to stay warm). The photographers assistant will come find you when we're ready for your session.
BATHROOMS
There are NO bathrooms or changing areas available at the farm so please plan accordingly and arrive dressed for your session
SESSION LIMITS
All sessions are limited to ONE family.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a friendly reminder that all deposits are non-refundable* and non-transferable. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session time. You can cancel your session by going to your confirmation email.
*Although deposits are non-refundable, it is possible to transfer your deposit to another Cool Yule session OR you can go to the Silver Orchid Photography Community Page on Facebook to make arrangements to have another family take your session. No-Show Policy: All no-shows will be billed the remaining balance for any missed session(s).
