Reflecting on my life when I felt out of balance, I've often shared this exercise with my clients and students. Even if you feel your life is balanced, I urge you to try this exercise. It's a potent tool for self-reflection, offering the potential to align your daily activities with your most important priorities.
You can start by identifying your top three priorities in life. These can be anything you value and want to focus on, such as relationships, work, studies, finances, or even sleep patterns. Once you've chosen, write them down.
Next, write down the three things you spend the most time on every 24 hours. Compare the two lists. Do you know if your daily activities align with your top priorities?
After reflecting on your priorities, take small steps daily to align your actions. This could be through affirmations, conscious decisions, or any other creative method. Please regularly compare your top three priorities with your daily activities to ensure they remain in sync.
