Here’s my step-by-step guide to trying the ChatGPT Vision Exercise (with a little Leah twist):
STEP 1:
📝 Type out all your future goals and desires. This is your chance to dream BIG. 🌟 Think about what you want to do and have of course, but also don’t forget to include who you want to be and how you want to feel. Get into the details!
STEP 2:
Copy your list from Step 1 and type this into ChatGPT:
"Tell me a story of a day in my future life based on this description: [paste your list here]."
STEP 3:
📖 Read through the story of your future self’s life. Feel it. Visualize it. Let it sink in - this can be your future! (For me, this was when the tears came. To be exact, it was this line in the first paragraph: “your kids and their spouses have stayed over for the weekend, and laughter echoes from the kitchen." 😭 Yep- it got me!)
STEP 4:
💡 Turn that vision into a plan! Use this prompt in ChatGPT:
"Please create a daily schedule for me to follow that will help me achieve this."
You’ll get a time-blocked, step-by-step schedule to help you bring that dream life to reality.
Bonus Prompt:
"Ask me any questions that will help you, then create a daily schedule for me to follow to achieve this."
