Welcome to Part 2 of Listening To Your Inner Voice!
By now you have had time to practice the Throat Chakra Clearing Meditation, the Daily Brain Dump exercise and the Opening The Treasure Chest Visualization.
The goal of these practices were to expand your ability to hear your inner voice, create the space in your mind so your wisdom could come forward and to try receiving a message from your inner voice.
Did you have a favorite activity? If so, why do you think you gravitated towards that one?
While they all do play well together, my favorite was the Daily Brain Dump exercise.
This is a journaling practice where you intentionally release from your mind all the thoughts inside.
One of the reasons why I like it most is I see it as a time where I can connect with myself, and parent myself through life’s challenges. When I start the entry with “Dear Self,” the words flow much easier.
Best of all it’s between me and me - it’s private. I don’t have to worry about the information going anywhere, potentially becoming collateral in gossip, especially if I shred the entries after.
