Welcome to Part 3 of Listening to Your Inner Voice!

As we wrap up this month’s Journey, take some time to revisit a few of the exercises.

Did you practice the Throat Chakra Clearing Meditation?

What about the Daily Brain Dump?

How often did you try the Opening The Treasure Chest Visualization?

The last one: you can practice it multiple times to receive different types of insight and it’s best performed after completing the first two warm-up exercises.

If you did practice the Opening The Treasure Chest Visualization, what did you see? Were the images inside the chest crystal clear? Did they become clearer with practice?

Were these exercises easier or more difficult to practice during your vow of Silence?

So by now, you may have noticed that it’s easier to create space for hearing the inner voice’s messages, receive messages from your inner voice and share your wisdom calmly.

If you weren’t able to attend the workshop live, below is the recording:

During the workshop we practiced opening and closing the Throat Chakra, so you can get a feel for what you sense when it’s closed and know how to open it.

Plus, we called in the Archangels that assist with boosting the aura so it’s easier to hear the soul’s energy speak. During that exercise, we practiced channeling a message from the Higher Self.

At the end of the workshop, we practiced psychically receiving and delivering the inner voices messages to volunteers, which was not recorded for confidentiality.

To wrap up this month’s journey, Part 3 of Listening to Your Inner Voice is now ready for you to view ~

In December, we’re covering How To Manifest.

Learn how the law of attraction works and discover practical ways you can apply it to your life for manifestation, which is the intentional practice of using non-physical energy to draw wanted experiences into your reality.

In the manifestation world, one of my favorite concepts is the practice of using unwanted experiences, called “contrasting experience,” as a lead point for honing in on what wanted experiences are to you.

When you identify a wanted experience, this is where the magic begins. In January’s journey, you’ll explore tangible activities you can use to tap into one of the most intriguing topics in the intuitive field.

Please let me know if you have any questions and in the meantime, have a wonderful holiday season!
