…mentally… 
And gosh darn It…I think there’s a theme going on here 🫣🫣🫣…peep the last two newsletter (link below) to see if ya pick up on that  “theme” lol. 
 
AnyWHO and anyWAY… 
 
Around this time of the year…with the time change, the days starting to feel shorter, and the sun saying GOODBYE around 5pm. 
Woooweee… I could feel the feels of “seasonal depression“ (going to refer to as SD) trying to slip right on in. As this is the first time in a long time where I could feel the effect of SD. And I had to check myself swiftly because “we ain’t having it” lol.  And when I say swiftly check, I mean “THANK YOU” inner dialogue for coming into the rescue to help me shift shift shift my perspective. .
 
What is inner dialogue you may ask…
Ahhhmmm…
Inner dialogue teaches you how to be ya own bestie when feeling mentally off.. While also learning ways to speak kindly to ya self when feeling big emotions, making decisions, triggers, and the list goes on and on and on (Erykah Badu song popped up in my head). In short, it‘s ya very own bestie self!!! 😃😃😃
 
And in order to strengthen that “inner dialogue” to help navigate through what is wanting to come up and out is by having a mental modality toolset... 
Sheeeish, gotta come up with something more catchier because that‘s a mouth full. 🤪🤪🤪
 
 
Psssttt…just a little heads up if these concepts are like, “ahhh say what now”. Throughout the upcoming newsletters I’ll weave in ways to dive deeper into these concepts and ideologies that have been allowing me to FULLY embody a creative lifestyle through Inner dialogue and mindfulness modalities (ohh she cute =-D).
 
 
The steps I had taken looked like
~becoming aware and observing my thoughts 
~dancing to help move the energy
~listening to ”mind positive” music that hypes me up and reminds me to keep going like...”till we get by” (linked below)
~crocheting my way right on through that mental chatter.
and boi did it help me re-understand the value of reminding oneself that it’s going to be okay…
 
 
With that being said…for this week
think of something’s that bring you joy. That inspires and motivates you to KEEP GOING. And then refer to this list (mindfulness modalities - still working on it but we getting closer 😆😆😆) when feeling like ya losing ya grip.
