Now you will laugh, but here I am recommending Christmas starters for you and we tend to have the same starter every year.
I have a totty wee kitchen and a wee fridge, so I can make the soup the night before or in the morning and save room in the fridge and on the cooker for other dishes.
Plus everyone loves it, especially my son.
I serve it with freshly baked petit pain, still warm from the oven (or air fryer). I buy the part baked rolls from the supermarket.
