WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE UP MY LESSON BY JUNE?
STUDENT Missed lessons

Make-up lessons are scheduled directly with your teacher and are not guaranteed.
 
A mutual effort between parent and teacher is required to find times for make-up lessons. It is worth noting that teachers will often come in early, stay late, or even come in on an extra day to attempt to provide make-up lessons.
 
Lessons not made-up by the end of June (or when a student stops lessons) are forfeited.
ACADEMY Missed lessons

As part of our commitment to providing consistent weekly lessons, when your regular teacher is unable to provide your lesson, Orrett will endeavor to provide an authorised supply teacher, allowing the lesson to take place as scheduled.
 
(Please note: All supply teachers are approved by our Director and/or are other regular Orrett teachers). 

Unlike Student Missed Lessons which must be made-up or are forfeited, Academy Missed Lessons are never forfeited. 

As teachers make an effort to provide rescheduled lessons for you when a student is away, they equally appreciate having the opportunity to try and make-up Academy Missed Lessons. However, if these lessons are not made-up by year’s end, a refund or credit (parent’s choice) is always provided.

While we appreciate your commitment to your lesson time(s), if a lesson time becomes frequently problematic, contact admin to see if a permanent lesson time change is possible.
