Our youngest daughter celebrated her 28th birthday this month. We had fun celebrating with her multiple times as she lives right here in San Diego. This pic was from Fashion Valley mall where the halls are definitely decked for the holidays.

We were reflecting on how magical it is to live in such a great spot for the holidays. We packed our table with friends & family for Thanksgiving. Golfed with our kids. TK's sister hit a hole-in-one on Hole #4 the day after Thanksgiving! We played pickleball, watched the sunset on Inspiration Hill, went hiking on the trails just outside the gates. 

 

So much to do and the weather has been fabulous! Can't wait to see you out there!

In November 2024, the Ocean Hills Country Club real estate market saw 3 new listings, down from the 9 added in October. The median asking price for available homes is currently at $1.190M, slightly up from the October median price of $1.045M.

 

There were 6 homes sold in November, among the sold properties, 1 sold for slightly more than the asking price, while 5 were sold below asking price. The median sale price in November was $1,047,500, slightly up from the October median price of $946,950.The median time on the market for sold homes was 16 days, a few days up from the October median of 12 days.
