If you’ve passed through Hobart Airport recently, you’ve likely seen us making our mark in the terminal. Our new look is hard to miss, transforming Hobart Airport spaces into a bold reminder to break away from the conventional and embrace the extraordinary. Come with us and experience the extraordinary.

Cultivating Connection

Our Organic Kitchen Garden is flourishing with produce from leaves, beans, herbs, carrots, garlic, onions, berries, leeks and so, so much more. This homegrown goodness has nourished the many folk who've gathered at the Mill, with any leftovers going straight back into the soil-fueling our dedicated onsite circular food cycle.

This year, we also brought the spirit of the garden to the Stepping into the Future Expo at The Village in Triabunna. Here, participants explored turning dreams into action, and we proudly showcased our transformative offerings while sharing the garden's bounty with the local community.
