This week we are taking a very gentle approach to our barre practice. I'm a big proponent of listening to your body and honoring where you are from day to day.
As many of you know, I'm still in recovery from a serious fall that happened last year. Though daily movement and a consistent barre practice have helped in my rehab journey, there are some things I simply cannot escape. The pain that occurs while sitting in planes for long periods of time is one of them.
I returned from my week-long work trip Saturday knowing that I would need to take it easy this week, but not wanting to cancel classes.
