Dear First name / creative,
As a designer, there is but one overarching goal I have in mind for my website projects: I aspire to build a space that brings delight to each and every guest.
My clients could approach me with concerns about specific areas in their site—sales, page visits, or even loading speed. But none of these metrics ever improve without paying attention to how the elements thread through a seamless experience. Does your website facilitate ease of use in all its features?
To be a lot more intentional about usability, be mindful that not everyone interacts with websites the same way. Some need more help than others, and accommodating them would entail anticipating a variety of needs and abilities beforehand.
“Accessibility may often come as an afterthought, but I still believe it is essential to making people feel welcome in any website.”
