Sprinklr - Customer Care Rep. US. Full-time. Must reside in PST or MST time zone. Working on the Platinum Support Team the Customer Care Representative is the main technical support contact serving Sprinklr’s largest and most complex customers. Strong customer interpersonal skills, and willingness to serve customers across various time zones. This role will be predominantly support our U.S based customers on the west coast, so the candidate is expected to work normal business hours in the PST time zone. Occasionally working a Saturday or Sunday bi-monthly may be required as per business needs. Salary is at minimum $49K yearly.
Squarespace - Customer Support Associate. Must currently live in: Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, New Mexico, Missouri, Mississippi, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Wisconsin. Full-time. Open availability to work a 40 hour work week that spans weekends and holidays. Respond to customer-submitted live chats and email in a timely manner. Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role. Pay is $17.55 hourly.
Varsity Tutors - Customer Retention Specialist. US. Full-time. Conduct and effectively manage high-volume of inbound phone calls to support current customers. Requires 3+ years experience with high-level customer escalations in account management, client relations, hospitality, or tourism, preferably over the phone. If hired, you'll receive a company-issued Macbook, headphones, and latest software. Pay is $41,600 yearly plus commission and benefits.
YouGov - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.
Varsity Tutors - Educational Support Representative. US. Requires 35-40 hours per week, requires evening shifts from 12pm - 8:30pm PST after completion of training. Inbound calls and outbound call-backs to interested potential customers who have requested tutoring, course, or homeschool support. Education, teaching, or tutoring experience is preferred. If hired, you would receive a company-issued laptop, headphones, and latest software. $40,000 annualized base compensation, plus overtime pay eligibility. Benefits offered.
DoorDash - Delivery Drivers. Not work at home, but very flexible. Get paid to deliver food orders in most major cities. Must be at least 18 or older with an Android or iOS smartphone.
Attapoll - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel with a really easy-to-use app and lots of survey opportunities. And I've been paid by them (quickly once I had enough to cash out). Some are lengthy (pay more) and some are shorter (pay less but easy to get through quickly). You can cash out with just $3 in your account to Paypal, Revolut, gift cards, or you can donate your earnings.
ShoutVox - Freelance Content Writers. Anywhere in the US. Must have understanding of SEO and MS Office proficiency, as well as excellent writing skills and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
SteadyContent - Freelance Writers. Work from anywhere. Looking for passionate, intelligent, and responsible freelance writers. If you value independence and enjoy assisting others with research and writing, then SteadyContent is for you. Writers get paid up to 5 cents (USD) per word to write blog posts and web pages on various topics.
Audio Transcription Center - Transcribers. US. You can work in-house or at home. This is a 55 year old company based in Boston. They do not require experience, but you do have to take a typing test for them and screenshot your results. They say bi- or multilingual candidates are always welcome, but it's not required.
ModSquad - Engagement Moderation. US. Must work at least 10 hours per week. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Looking for people with past engagement moderation experience. Pay rate not given but says will be discussed during interview.
Tutor.com - Online K-12 Tutor. US. They need tutors for Science, Writing, Humanities, Mathematics, Social Science, Computer Science and many more. You are free to choose your own hours. Must be currently enrolled as a college sophomore or higher at an accredited University in pursuit of a 4-year degree, OR have a 4-year degree (or higher) from an accredited University. You are paid a set hourly rate dictated by the subjects you tutor, and there are incentives available for high-quality tutoring.
