In a recent interview with ABC Sunshine Coast, I was asked about hypnotherapy and whether it has outgrown the 'woo woo' label it once carried. I’ve noticed a growing trend: more people are turning to hypnotherapy after hearing about its success from friends, colleagues, or loved ones. Many give it a try out of curiosity and leave positively surprised by the transformative experience.

When it comes to changing habits, willpower alone often falls short. Why? Because even the most unhelpful behaviours tend to serve a purpose. While that purpose might not be immediately clear, it’s often rooted in the subconscious mind, where patterns and beliefs are stored and sustained.
