Dear Climbers,

 

As the year comes to a close, I’m filled with gratitude and pride as I reflect on what we’ve built together over the past nine months. The Climb began with a simple but powerful mission: to provide women of color with the resources, mentorship, and support needed to break barriers and rise into leadership roles. Today, thanks to your engagement and trust, it’s blossomed into a vibrant community.

 

This holiday season, I encourage you to take a moment to pause. Breathe deeply, savor the laughter of loved ones, and allow yourself the gift of rest and renewal. You’ve worked hard all year to build your career, pursue your passions, and uplift others along the way. Now, it’s time to recharge your spirit and set your sights on the possibilities of the new year.

 

As we step into 2025, know that The Climb remains committed to being your partner in success. We’re tirelessly working to bring you more innovative programs, insightful resources, and inspiring connections to help you propel forward in your journey. Together, we’ll continue to break new ground and reach new heights.

As the year draws to a close, we at The Climb are reflecting on all we’ve accomplished together in the past nine months. From powerful mentorship sessions to game-changing leadership development programs, this community has become a beacon of support and inspiration for women of color striving to break barriers and rise into leadership roles.

 

But we’re not done yet! To meet our year-end goal of 100 members, we’re looking to welcome 15 more ambitious, driven women into our community before the clock strikes midnight on December 31st.
